Description

Intense zalmroze kleur. In de neus geuren van aardbeien, kersen, watermeloen, rozen en aromatische kruiden. Zacht en sappig in de mond, fris en smakelijk met een lange, fruitige afdronk.

Gescheiden vinificatie van de druiven, zachte persing en fermentatie bij zeer lage temperatuur. Een gecontroleerde omgeving met kort contact met de schil, daarna volgt rijping op gist in stalen vaten.

Wijn & Spijs: Deze rosé is een ideale begeleider van pasta met tomaten- of vissaus, tonijn tartaar, zalm of Thaise kip.
